Use "near" (NPXS10000) to find players in your vicinity, discover what games your friends and other players

in the vicinity are playing, share information about the games you are playing, and share game items with other players. 

some features of the Near applications will be removed on the upcoming (planned march 2015) PSP2/PSV firmware update
