Rinnegatamante is an extremely talented developer and that talent cannot be denied by anyone, unfortunately this has affected his ego, giving him a somewhat shitty attitude as a result and sadly causes him to make assumptions and attack developers he finds threatening.
Rinnegatamante has been releasing homebrew for a very long time, homebrew which has appeared on the NDS, 3DS, PSP and PS Vita, his most well known homebrew is probably Lua Player+ which he has released on both the 3DS and PS Vita.
